Requirements For Nursing School
If you are here, then you are more than likely interested in learning about the requirements for getting into nursing school. If you are, then you have come to the right place! I am currently a nursing student at a college in Georgia, so I should be able to help you with some basic knowledge about what most nursing schools require for acceptance.
I am currently attempting to get my BSN, so that is what this article will reflect upon. Most BSN degrees will require students to take four years of class, usually two years of core classes and two years in the cohort. The cohort is the actual nursing school is where you will learn in hospitals as well as in the classroom. I took two math courses, five science courses, and several other liberal arts classes such as art. There were also two different psychology classes that I was required to take. That was about it for the core requirements.
